I have been picking everyones brain on this issue for awhile. No one else's issues matched mine. I finally solved the problem and wanted to pass the info along, which for me is tons easier in wordpress, so here is my post there:

Thanks.I'll keep that in mind.My problem seems to be gone.Reman. calipers,turned rotors,new pads,clean sensors and flush whole system.Also cleaned all electrical connections.Now have fluid to all calipers.Still have to road test.
