Hey everyone,
thx for the help on the rims. I have been busy with my 79 xj6 but I am now kicking the tires on a 87 xjs. Anything particular to watch out for on that year?

nothing peculiar to that year. Standard list of suspects: overheating, rust, seals, worn suspension, electrical gremlins, radiator, leaves and other road trash debris restricting airflow in front of radiator and between a/c condenser, at this age original cat converters may done for, exhaust leaks, distributor needing lubrication,
