1988 US market Lister wheels? How to remove?

1988 US market Lister wheels? How to remove?
I recently picked up an 88 Jaguar (US market, regular engine just the Lister appearance package) and it needs tires. Attached are the photos. The wheels are made in Italy. How to I remove this cap so that I can access the lugs? The PO did not give me a key. Do I need a key or is this a universal socket that I've never seen before?
