1990 XJS Conv rubber door seal

Can anyone advise the best place to get a replacement (LH) rubber door seal? my is pretty shredded. Is this an easy thing to replace?

It's NLA from Jaguar, but if you just throw the part number into Google, you'll find either aftermarket alternatives or else some NOS on ebay etc.

I have same issue on my 92. Seal readily available on Ebay. Make sure to order one for convertible. The coupe version is different. Installing it is a another matter entirely. Good luck

Hockey tape and 3m gasket sealant

I "fixed" mine with some black 3M weather sealant and a few strips of cloth hockey tape. Does the trick and isn't really noticable. Plus, the area where the seal break occurred is now reinforced with the tape, as this where my foot hits getting in and out of the car.
