Default 1990 XJS Convertible Molding Deformed

Good morning all.

Rainy day, drove into work this morning in CherryPie for the first time, yeeeeehoooo (seriously), been a long time coming!

Noticed small drip coming in from the bottom corners of the large rear window.... I noticed before that the seals at the bottom corners don't really sit in the bottom corners too well. Raised a little. I don't know what it looks like under there and don't want to do more harm than good in digging in. Any pointers on how to seat or reseat would be greatly appreciated... Silicone?

Second, on the top forward corner of the driver's door, what it looks like is that for years (this car sat for years) the door was closed wrong, pinching a section (very small) of the top of the window seal. Leaking BADLY.... I want to re-mold it. DuPont's window seal conditioner is on the way. Will heat work? What have you all done? Honestly, the rubbers not so bad, surprisingly. Hoping to refresh it and re-mold, if possible.

Seems to have gotten squished down and now is kinda STUCK in the wrong position.

I will take a picture of mine, I had some issues in this area and used some plastic wire sleeves that fitted perfectly on the door rubbers were they were ripped.
My top mouldings were also misaligned. Fixed it and used some silicon from memory to hold it in place.

All good now, but I will take some pictures tomorrow.

Just a quick question for those who are in the know...

I haven't been driving my cars much as I've gotten a new job and I can't drive to work 😐 ... Different story, I guess.

Anyways, we've been getting some rain here. I went out to the old girl yesterday to start her up to warm a while and not let the cobwebs accumulate toooo much to find what COULD be called a puddle on the driver's floor. No no no good.

I took some pictures above. Water is coming from that area. I want to replace the seals. Is HHE5301AA the part I'm looking at there? The section going towards the front of the car...?

The window needs adjusting too, bit I've struggled because one of the captive bolts on the back side of the door shell and window adjustment brackets just spins and spins, can't be tightened... It's basically a steady drip from the area of that photo above.
