1994-1996 SRS Dash Panel Removal

I have a customer who needs to remove this dash panel and can't figure it out. Anyone know how this piece comes out on the late XJS?

We had a discussion on this subject recently, a search should find the topic.
The customer is going to have to approach this by removing the passenger side knee bolster to start...

The dash (instrument) panel can be removed without taking the steering wheel off, just lower the steering wheel fully by using the adjustment lever.
