Maybe someone can help with Top convertible roof adjustment methods or documentation?
Roof itself leaks in couple different locations as pointed in the pictures.
Rubber seals are really in a good condition, but somehow once windows are getting up they are not fitting correctly with the rubber seals (Goes over or gets crumpled)

From the little I can see and incomplete information I would guess that the top is not the problem.
I would be looking at adjusting the door and widow parts.
Your door might not be closing properly and the widow has adjustments inside the door.

 

The rear window is adjsted via the rear panel...the panel has to be removed...there are three machine screws that do the adjusting.
