Default 1994 Jaguar XJS

So I have successfully installed a new top on my 1994 Jaguar XJS. As I was driving down the Interstate yesterday the rear window putter gasket starting coming out. So my question is this, Should I purchase a new gasket or is okay that I used the original gasket.

Welcome to the forums Jaglover1975,

I've moved your question from General Tech Help to XJS forum. This is the place to post technical questions about your model.

Do you mean the weather strip?
If it is still pliable no problem with reuse.

Okay thank you so much. Yes it's the outside weather stripping.
