1994 XJS convertible weatherstrip
There is a small space between header and top side weatherstrip when latching top. Is there an adjustment on top to bring top in tighter? Or could weatherstrip have shrunk? Never had a a leak before now.
any thoughts? Is replacing weatherstrip a DIY job?

Not sure exactly where you’re talking about but the hooks can be shortened (or lengthened) by loosening the nut, the twisting the hook. When it’s the right length, tighten up with nut again.
I can already tell from the photo that the hook has been over extended.
You need to loosen the nut at the hook, then rotate the hook, threading it back in, thus shortening the length of the hook.
Tighten the nut back once it’s at the right length, locking the hook back up.
