Default 1995 XJS automatic daylight running not working

Hi,
I bought this car 2 years ago. When I start driving it last summer the automatic daylight running were working just fine. At the end of the summer they stop working so I need to switch on the lights manually.
Any idea what's wrong?
Thanks

Likely the relays. On the left side of the engine bay, there is a row of relays. The front 2 (purple I believe) are for the DRL's. Replace those and see what happens. Doesn't need to be a Hella relay, an relay will do as long as it matches the pins.

I usually go to the junkyard and pull the high beam relays from Fords. They are nice relays, and the high beams generally never get used, so the relays are like new.

They work well and seem to have long lives. They are good quality relays.
