You need part number DBC10084, DBC100841 or DBC100842, they all are identical.

I have programmed 3 remotes on my 95. It is most certainly possible. You just have to undo the console and find the place where the valet switch would have gone, cut the connector out from the wires and connect each wire to each end of the toggle switch and you have a valet switch

I have done it too, on my '96. You have to make sure you get the FOBs with the right MHz frequency. I believe you will find most in the 433MHz. You are only interested in the 318MHz. The other one will not work.
In my experience you can find a great, like new looking 433MHz FOB for around $50. You will not find the 318MHz so easily at that price. Be wary of used FOBs, they're usually pretty roughed up. They're going to look like they're 15 years old, because they are.
You can also go aftermarket for a lot less. I only got one FOB with my car, so the spare has an aftermarket. Doesn't look as good, but has a better range.
Do a search on my posts and you'll find a step by step procedure for programming a new FOB for your existing system.
