Default 77 XJS Front Bumper

Whats the part called on the front bumper that has shaft going into a seal on the body with the other end going inside the bumper with long bolt going through it holding the bumper onto the car? Where do you get replacements of those at?

bumper gas strut, or gas shock, or gell strut, or gell shock. whatever you want to call it.

Someone either broke them both off when trying to move the car with 4 flat tires or they cut them off to remove the bumper.

i like the look of a removed front bumper.

i just drilled my old front shocks a few days ago. if you had posted sooner, i would have let you have them for shipping.
