I'm getting quotes to do a complete tune up (wires, plugs, cap, etc) and a coolant system flush. Any guidance on the possible costs in New Jersey area would be appreciated.

XKs Unlimited in San Marcos, CA - couple of years ago
Tune-up:
Cap $116
Rotor $25
HT leads $123
Plugs $80
Labor = 3.5 hours (including compression test)
10% discount for Jaguar Club Membership.

Note - mine is the Lucas System - Marelli Parts may be different price.

Coolant Flush on mine was DIY, so I don't have a bill for reference. A simple drain, flush and fill with new shouldn't be more than a couple of hours if there are no surprises.
