Here is a pic of my 86 XJ-S V12 that I traded for a old riding mower. I think I done quite well.

I like my Jags like I like my women, white and creamy.

Jag for a lawn mower. Enjoy it while it lasts, I think the XJS is heading for E Type status sooner rather than later. I'm stockpiling them.

Does she run?

Default 1986 xj-s

It's in really good shape considering it hasen't been used for almost 10 years. At least the old owner had enough sense to put it on stands and cover it. There is absolutely no rust. It just needs a little bit of cleaning up and checking over. I'm sure I will find some issues but it'll be fun working on it.

Replace the fuel hoses right away! They're notorious for cracking and spraying gas on the engine when they get old!

I do not know, looking back at my '82 purchase, I should have gotten a lawn mower instead... Enjoy and keep us posted.

I traded an old pickup that I had gotten for free anyway, for my nearly-identical '85. Also no rust anywhere and mine came with a parts car! Can't wait to get mine back from the paint shop. Ditto the engine and interior shots!
