That's the first time that I've heard of Jaguar saying that a part can only be despatched to a UK Dealer. Sounds strange. Maybe you have to order it from your local Jaguar dealer rather than ordering it online for despatch to that dealer.
If you give Glen Parkes of Jaguar Parts a ring on +44 1865 381193, I'm sure he can explain how you need to do it.
