FF45 is a bad O2 sensor, that's not related to no start.

Given the parts you have changed, are you sure that everything is assembled correctly and all properly seated? Wires connected back as they were before? Plugs properly making contact in the coils, same for the wires? All it would take is the lead from the coil to distributor to not be making contact and you have no spark. All the plug wires connected in the proper order? It's easy to get them mixed up.

Have you tested to see if you have a spark?

Check the connectors on the front and rear crankshaft sensors, if these are bad then you will have no spark.

This can be done from under the car. The front one is just below the damper and the rear one is on the LHS where the transmission mates to the engine.

You should have power on all the wires on the coils when you turn the ignition on, that is White, White/Brown and White /Black.

I was going to say you might have a problem with the harness. I have never seen anyone advertise them. You could make your own or take it to an auto electrician and have them make a new one for you.

To test the harness you could remove connectors at BOTH ends, and meter the cable.

Check continuity end to end on each wire then check all wires have NO continuity to ground.
