94 XJS V12 Convertible fueling issue
All, I have a problem with my 1994 XJS V12 Convertible. The car had sat for a few years and the fuel pumps went out. I pulled the fuel tank out as much as I could and replaced both fuel pumps. It was a bit of a struggle due to access. I also replaced a couple of the hoses which were in bad shape.
I’m trying to get the car running now but it won’t start. I’m trying to figure out how the fuel lines are routed to the engine from inside the tank as I’m concerned that I did not put everything back as I should. I can put my hands on the pods where the pumps live while someone else cranks the car and can feel the pumps hum so I suspect that the pumps are functioning but I removed one of the lines at the fuel rail and no fuel is coming out so I assume that fuel is not being picked up.
Does anyone have a diagram or any ideas on trouble shooting?
Thanks

A little, i was hoping to identify the pickup and return hoses. I suspect that the mounting is not correct and it's not picking up fuel because everything looks right as far as hose connections.
Whenever a car sit for a long time it's a good idea to drain the fuel system and replace the filters.
Trying to get it running just spreads all the crud downstream and may have damaged the injectors.
Without flushing it you are just making everything worse.
