95 XJS 4.0 gearbox oil leak
Hello,
my 95 XJS started leaking gearbox oil suddenly during a long return drive from RAK to Abudhabi (about 250km each way). on the way back the car started gitterng abit around the differential at speeds above 80km.
I checked under the car the and i could the gearbox oil dripping and a puddle formed in no time.
In the end i stopped and had to put the car on a recovery back to AD.
This is my first automatic car and first JAG as well (i know ;0), I drove it for over a year in Kuwait and no problems other than a fuel pump and a few fuses and light bulbs. I moved to UAE and brought it with me and was going through the process of registering it here, so you can imagine my fury right now!!
Can anyone please shed some light on the issue, any idea where is a good place to get it fixed in UAE.
