Default ABS on an 89 jaguar xjs

It appears as though im net getting any fluid to my driver side caliper. Can something with the ABS or Master cylinder be stopping this from happening? If its the ABS is there something that may need to be reset.

I am reading info in the Kirby Palm book related to when a sensor detects no wheel motion it closes a valve in the master cyclinder i suppose.

Also in Kirbys book is the info below. Which service manual is this refering to and how can i buy one?

bleeding procedure for the Mk III ABS brakes is neither obvious nor
similar to normal brakes. “Details are in section 70.25.02 of the service manual.

All help is appreciated.
