If you're in the USA def recommend Leatherique (out of South Carolina). The Ferrari folks swear by them, and their products were GREAT for my X300 seats including a perfect color match from the code (though they can color match a swatch if required.)
There is one point of "prep" that I disagree with from ALL the companies that supply re-colorants (they're all really water based acrylic pains now, and not true dyes). Most seats are painted, but originally with solvent based colors. They should NOT be sanded to prep except when repair/filler is required. Instead the surfaces should be keyed or color thinned down with laquer thinner/paint thinner which will chemically key the surface paint, remove contaminants, thin the paint even to the surface of the leather, and most crucially PRESERVE the leather grain (which sanding will not do). For those seats that need it, they can also be more easily conditioned from the outside skin w/ leather conditioning product once that surface is broken down if that is to be done before re-coloring. Conditioning is never an overnight process and requires product + repeat application + time + heat, especially when the leather needs to be softened.
Again high marks from me for Leathrique. Worked great through my airbrush. I even was asked by a friend to re-do a Countach dash with the product that had had a garish yellow painted over it (which we removed w/ solvent).
Good comments from Paul K just above, I also had very good results with Leatherique. One one project I used their Warm Charcoal on red leather and it covered it in one coat (applied with a brush).
I had success with Leatherique as well. Changed my interior from biscuit to mulberry last summer. I had a complete mulberry interior in addition to the one in the car, so I was able to use the best bits of both. It was super easy to color the biscuit items I kept, and I redyed the mulberry bits just so they'd be fresh. It all came out great!
I've used Furniture Clinic products on small repairs to my 2003 XJR and on the complete restoration of my 1966 S Type. Colour match and standard of finish achieved was really good in both cases.
Hi guys , so I have decided to order the dye from 2 different company. Leatherique and seat doctors.
Although I m still waiting on Leatherique to reply .I will keep you posted im going to experiment a bit .Furniture Clinique no longer make dye for cars according to their rep .
Not sure who you meant by "Furniture Clinique", but "Furniture Clinic" (who have a US franchise) are definitely still trading. Here's the Jaguar colour chart from their UK website today.

Furniture Clinic is an odd company in that regard. At least that's the impression I was left with when I dealt with them a couple of years ago. The US wing is limited and not very interested in anything other than their sets in a few colors. The UK side of the company is much more enthusiastic about classic cars and they want to help. You can order from the UK and they'll ship to the US. Unfortunately some of their products are classed as hazardous and the shipping doubled the cost of the order. So I cancelled it and went with Leatherique.
