Default Best prices for "BREAK REBUILT KITS"

Hey folks hope everybody is having a great week so far, I have been up to my elbows in grease working on my 76 XJS V-8 conversion revival. I started working on the breaks today, and would like to rebuilt everything from the master cylinder to the calipers, I have been spending a bunch of time looking for parts and there are a ton to choose from, Who do you guys think makes the best rebuilt kits for the buck? I have seen kits as low as 28 dollars to mid range of 50 dollars. Below are the latest links i came up with for a fix on a budget.

I have seen them from local big box supply houses, ( i am in the states ) Also what fluid do you guys recommend Is DOT 4 still good ?
All replies are appreciated and thanks in advance.

I'll be very interested in the answers, as I'm gonna have to do the same thing to mine.
