Default Boot Edge Chrome Trim Removal

Anybody help me on how to remove this? I have a little bit of surface rust on the license plate plinth and need to remove the trim to repaint the plinth. There are 4or 5 screws that I have removed from the bottom edge of the trim but it doesn't want to budge. Is it stuck on as well?

Looking for any insight before brute force ends up breaking something.

At the back are two more plastic clips pressed into the trunk lid

That's brilliant thanks. They are actually plastic nuts on mine. You get to them through holes in the boot lid from the inside.
Got it off safely
