Bought this little baby on ebay last week for a bargain price, seller bought it ( full price ) and never used it !!!!!!

its called a Monoprice HD action camera , full 1080 HD video ( 2.5 hours with my 32gig card ) and also takes stills , and its fully sealed and waterproof to 10mtrs underwater, so no problem on the car in the weather
it comes with a ' handlebar ' mount, so i bought the optional suction cup mount ,

i tried some experimental mounting of the camera onto the XJS today ,

first one is at the front of the sunroof

so, the result of this experiment seems to be either the sunroof, the drivers quarter light, or drivers side rear window
