I need to know how to access the brake light bulbs in the lower bumper. Neither are working. Do I really have to remove the bumper facia as it seems to say in the service manual?

The ones on the back of the bumper aren't lights...they are just reflectors. The brake lights/parking lights (and rear fog lights) are above that on the boot lid, and in the corners of the rear fenders. Access is in the boot (trunk).
