Maynard,
Thanks for letting me know.
I'm still getting email notices re. new messages, but the links go nowhere.
They just time out.
Any chance you can send a message to Basil?
He can contact me at 650.455.1110.
Thanks,
Steve

Most likely this means that at least one piece of equipment between your router/modem and the server hosting the forum is down. There are many different pathways to get from point a to point b and they differ from person to person. Since others can get to it, including myself, I'd be interested to know if you had the same issue if you were able to utilize another ISP. For instance, if you have a smartphone, have you tried to access it via your web browser on your phone? Not connected to Wi-Fi, But connected to a cellular network.

I only use my home computer to visit BCF.
When I tried to log on with my phone it asked for PW etc. which I don't remember.

That is a good indication, then, that the issue for sure isn't with the BCF site itself, but with the pathway between your home PC and their site. If your phone is asking for a password when you get to the site, then that means you are getting to it. I suggest a call to your ISP to let them know. They can help you troubleshoot that issue.
