Default Cibie glass EU heallights installing

Hi everyone.
Sometime ago i did purchase XJS 85 with US specs with the US quad headlights.

I do not like them so i did buy a Carello headlights with the mounting brackets from facelift model. I was a little bit impressed as the headlights were plastic!! I did some research and finf out those headlights were made also for the US market and the glass is made from plastic due the restrictions in the country.

I installed them on the car as the right ones Cibie i couldln't find anywhere.

Sometime ago i did buy a new Cibie glass prefacelift headlights (finally!). I was looking on the parts catalogue and find that there was now any bracket like on facelifted headlights, but you must some separate holders (3 for each side) with part numer AAU1313 (number 5). I'm right? Do i need just those holders or somethings else to get to mount it on the car without any troubles?

For the pre-facelift headlights you just need those three holders.

And you won't be able to adapt the facelift headlights to work with prefacelift brackets.
