condenser swap
I noticed on Ebay that some Japanese cars had interchangeable condensers with Jaguars and these condensers were reasonably priced.
I have a 1993 XJS with a bad condenser. that I would like to replace with another model Jaguar or another car's condenser. Simple modifications to the condenser such as mounting or replacing or bending tube would be acceptable.
If anybody has made or considered a condenser swap, I would like to hear about it

Ford was in bed with Mazda back in the 90's that would be the first one to explore.
Find a good parts person that is willing to look up the condenser sizes and compare to others.
You might find a ford car of comparable size that is close in size and configuration.
The key is finding a good parts person willing to go that extra mile.
