Default Corvette Wheels

Hey All,
I had a set of THESE wheels fall in my lap, and am wondering who else may have fitted them and what I may need in the way of spacers to do so.

Thanks for any help in advance.

Nice, but it will be a difficult fit.

Depends on the year of the Corvette wheels, but their offset is usually in the +50 to +70 range, which will mean at least 30mm spacers.

Here's a site to give you an idea of the offsets: Corvette Wheel Offset Calculator | Corvette Central

Also, width will be a problem, as most Corvette wheels will need 245 tires, and most XJS's can handle only 235's.

Finally, center bore won't be an issue, because the Corvette bores are larger, but you may need a hubcentric ring of a few mm. Also remember that the front grease caps n the XJS make for a difficilt fit.

Also, the video may be misleading, as I don't think there are any 10" and 12" Corvette rims in 18".

But it would be fun to see if you can make them fit.

I have the same wheels on my 05 Corvette. Just mine are a flat black in color. Note: the fronts are 18" with 245 width, the tears are a 19" with 285 width a larger overall diameter.

I'm thinking the way to go would be four C5 fronts for an XJS. You'd still have to deal with the offset and the front grease caps.

I also read somewhere, IIRC, that the sportspack steering rack allows for wider tires, maybe 245's.

Since the subject has been raised...
Its much easier, and cheaper to find aftermarket Corvette wheels, with a lot better variety of styles available, compared to aftermarket XJS wheels. I know that spacers would likely need to be used, but, that's not a problem for me. Are there any year Corvette wheels which wouldn't fit the XJS?
