Default Custom Fit Front Rubber Floor Liners

I just requested McNeil Automotive (Weather tech), to look into making their Digifit rubber floor liners for the xjs. I just thought I'd try to get some feedback from the forum on how good it would be to be able to have a floor (mat) that fits the entire floor under your feet AND have a 1-1/14 lip all around. I think that anyone driving their car in the winter would LOVE to have these. SO... any thoughts?

I would be interested also. I recently looked for Weather Tech mats for my XJS and was disappointed to find they don't make them for our cars already. I use weather tech mats in my SUV and they fit and work great. I thought about buying these rubber hexomats since they do offer them for an XJS:

Hexomat Floor Mats - 1,080+ Reviews on Hexagon Honeycomb Car Mats & Hexomat Rubber Truck Floor Mats by INTRO-TECH AUTOMOTIVE

They don't have a lip around the edge, but are designed to hold water, mud, etc and seem to have a lot of good reviews. Anyone ever tried them?

I have the weather tech mats in my jeep, front, rear and cargo area. They're really nice mats and the fit is perfect. Same goes for my girlfriend's lexus suv. I dont have to deal with mud and snow and slush like some of you guys do, but, I would like a trunk mat for the Jag.

I also believe that Mac Neill has all of their production in the U.S. It's nice not to see, made in china, on the mats

I looked too. I am interested in them though I would never drive my car in the snow. But they do make great mats...

Thumbs up

I too would be interested. I'm in the process of cleaning up the carpets, may have to replace them, from the mess the previous owner left behind. Will definitely want to keep them pristine once completed. I have similar mats for my truck and they are great. Easy cleanup.

Default Asked again

I got no response from Mcneil Automotive (weathertech), so I wrote them again to request they make these mats. That's all I can do. I'll let everyone know if the contact me, hopefully one way or another. Bud
