Where do you find the plastic clips for the knee pad under the dash on the drivers side?

It would be number 5. According to the shop that has my car, there are 4 of them on the pad. This diagram shows item number 6 being used. There are none of those on mine.

Searching some more on the web I came up with a part number JEP113005
