Doors freezing shut

Doors freezing shut
'85 coupe.
Every morning I try to open my car door it's frozen shut. Solid. I have to get a heat gun out with an extension cord to thaw all around the door edge and even then it takes a damn good pull. Winter's only just started here and I can't drive my car to work because there's nowhere to plug in the heat gun in the parking lot when I leave at night.
Is there some sort of "lubricant" I can put on the weatherstripping that would prevent the frost from adhering so well? Even armor-all?
Thanks,
D
