It starts occasionally, but idles weakly. When I put it in drive range, it stalls. I don't think it's related to ff44, but I don't know.

OK, still a lot of blank info to be specific.

The cars "looks" like a 91 or 92??????, so Marelli engine management system, and I know ZERO about that system, other than the distributor rotor and cap failure, leading to a dropping of 1 bank of 6 cylinders, followed very quickly by an engine fire.

Lots of info in this section, use the search facility, and DO NOT try to start it until you have sorted the issues you find.

Other Guru's, who are Marelli familiar, may come in and post, dunno.

 

I can't understand why people are so frugal with providing information on their cars when requesting help. Especially for a car that was sold for 21 years....
