Several of the wiring harness have become hard and brittle so I decided to replace them. The main injection harness from inside the passenger footwell has two connectors. It looks like the old harness was left in place and the new harness was bundled and taped together. Attached is a picture of the two harness and connectors. The connector with the small pins is not being used. I also found a similar connector abandon in the driver’s dashboard area and other connectors abandon behind the passenger glove box and in the engine bay on the lefthand side. Are these the original harnesses and should they have been removed?
