On the fly trans shift point?

On the fly trans shift point?
Would it not in theory be possible to route the trans vacume line to the cab through a valve or choke poìnt dial of some sort and affect the final shift point by upping the Vac threshold? Just an idea.
Also who ownd the white XJS conv in North Van if your on here say hi lol
