Default Front & Rear Springs

XKs Unlimited lists a set of 6 springs as a 10% higher rate than stock. Has anybody installed them and what are your thoughts on the ride and handling quality? What are your experiences with XKs service and support?

Well XKs got back to me today and the springs have been discontinued. Are there any good sources for spring sets that are close to the factory sport suspension.

Or Google up Eaton spring works. Eaton, Illinois, I suspect. Racers buy coil springs made to spec frequently. Height, diameter, tension in #'s etc.

:Lawrenceville, aka Larryville, huh. My Dad was born there, 1904. Farm land then!!!
Now, likely a bedroom community to Atlanta.

Ron,

You could try ringing Keith at XjRestorations, Jaguar Restorations - Independent Jaguar Specialists Tell him I sent you.
They are suppliers of Eibach springs and Gaz platofrm height-adjustable shocks. You can get the ride and height that you want with that combo. Keith has supplied this stuff to US customers previously.

Cheers

Paul
