Fuel Trim on 1996 XJS

Fuel Trim on 1996 XJS
I've been monitoring the Short and Long Term Fuel % Trim on
my 1996 XJS.
Long term trim % stays locked on 10.16%. It never changes.
Short term fluctuates. Bank 1 is all over the place,
usually between -5% and +5%.
Bank 2 fluctuates between 0 and +10, but usually stays above
+3.
Is this cause for concern? I don't know what the norm is
supposed to be?
