Fuse panel diagram??
In dire need of help. I am trying to check the fuse on my car for the fuel pump, but can’t find the fuse box. I’ve searched the whole car and all over the internet and haven’t found anything. I’ve also found relays but they aren’t labeled. If anyone can help me with which relay or fuse box has the fuse for my fuel pump, it would be greatly appreciated

Assuming your XJS is a 4.0L Six Cylinder?
The Fuel Pump Relay is the 'Silver' one and the Fuse for the Fuel Pump is in the Boot/Trunk by the Tail Lights behind a piece of 'Trim' its a 20 amp fuse 'Probably' on the passenger side
The other 'Gizmo' you spoke about is 'almost certainly' the Hydraulic Pump for the Soft Top and it also sounds as if your Car has an 'In Tank Fuel Pump'
If that is so then replacing that Fuel Pump can be the 'Job from Hell' where a Shop might want to charge you $500-$700
As I don't know what Car you've got, what engine or what Spec (UK or USA) then this has involved some 'guesswork' on my part
Photos and details are needed before anyone can help you any more
