I noticed that my headlights where not coming on last few times I drove the XJS. Each time I popped the bonnet an tapped the module and they came on. Now they won't. Any chance this module is fixable? It is a hella part, anyone tried a lower cost Replacement?

 

I suggest you buy a new DAC6902. The unit itself consists of a PCB with two small relays soldered to it. In my experience the relays burn out.

Well, I got the module from SNG ,
Installed and lights are back on!

I will probably open the failed unit just for kicks
