I have the one for the 89 model in my computer. If that will help, I'd be glad to send it. Just send me a PM and I can email it to you. Not sure how different 87 would be....

 

Go to the Ser I-II-III XJ6 XJ12 section

At the top of that section is a sticky thread called "How To". Open that thread.

Look for "S57 Wiring Guide Series III"

Open it up and scroll down. The 1987-older XJS wiring guide is immediately after the last page of the Ser III guide

The 1988 XJS wiring guide might be there as well.....can't remember

As Capt Jaguar's site seems to be down, you can try Jagrepair there are a lot of documents there.
