Headlights won't go off
My '92 convertible's high-beam headlights are on any time the headlight switch is off. The parking/tail lights aren't, just the high beam. If the headlights are turned on at the switch, they go to normal high/low beam operation, but as soon as the switch is turned off the high beams are back on.
Any suggestions were to start?
Thanks

Either the switch has been wired incorrectly or the relay is shot (or also wired incorrectly).
I think that the relays are on the left wing inside the engine bay and substitution is the quickest way to see if it is faulty.

If I had to guess, and I do, I'd say the problem is more than likely in the stalk. That's the only way you can turn the lights on independant of the lighting is by using the stalk to signal that you want to pass.

The module is expensive to replace, maybe $160 or so if you can find one. When researching the issue I came across mention by one member of taking the control unit apart and repairing some cracked connections with solder. They are difficult to take apart.
Mine did the same recently. It's probably your headlight control unit malfunctioning. I pulled the headlight relay and the headlight control unit and sprayed both with electrical cleaner. So far the problem hasn't returned. You can see their location at pages 7&8 of this link:
