For a V12 the key word here is Auxillary air valve, or AAV. Jaguar seems to have changed the name to Extra Air Valve. They are still available new from Jaguar, and there are 3 variants, depending on the emissions schedule. I'm not sure what the actual differences between them are, until I looked at the parts catalogue I didn't know there was differences. Not cheap, but they never were.
