It's Alive
The Black Kitten is alive.
Young John and I put everything we took apart over the last two weekends.
Injectors cleaned, fuel rail cleaned, spark plugs cleaned and check or regapped. Dumped the fuel tank, and refueled it with new premium fuel.
This evening we put the jumper cables to her and let her charge a bit.
After about 20 min' she came back to life after serveral cranks, actually a lot.
But she's alive. We let her run for about 10min to bring her up to operating temp. Seemed like a lot of soil was burning off the pipes and the under carriage. It did seem to deminish after a time though. Tomorrow evening we will bring her back up to temp and then drain all the oil and change.
Put the transmission through all the gears while she was up and all seems good there. We see about that when we set here down next week end.
Peace
Neil and young John.
