Jumper for dimmer

I have heard that you can make a jumper for the dimmer control to bypass it. Does anyone have a clear photo of how to to this Thanks

On a pre facelift the rheostat has siamesed push on terminals. You just attach the output wire (that goes to the instrment cluster) to the live input wire terminal.
