Yesterday I was on the 55 freeway heading from Costa Mesa, CA down to Newport Beach. I found myself alongside a group of about 40 Honda S2000's having a Saturday afternoon cruise together. I have to say it looked like lots of fun. I would like to organize a similar event for XJS owners who would like to take a drive together in our very cool cars. So, if anyone in the LA/Orange County area would be interested in participating in an XJS cruise (maybe from Huntington Beach to Dana Point or something like that) post a response here and Maybe we can get something organized for March or April.

 

Great idea. I have thought for years how cool it would be to get a group of XJS owners to do a trip up or down the California coast. I have friends with E-types and they have been doing a yearly cruise for the last few years. This year they are doing one in Texas. It would be great to get around fellow XJS owners and spend a long weekend together touring somewhere special. How cool it would be to see a line of XJS' cruising down the highway. Would make a very cool u-tube video and great memories for all of us that could participate.
