Default LED gauge upgrade issue

I just purchased the LED upgrade / replacement kit (from v12s) and realized that while looking at the gauge panel, i can't figure out how to get the panel out to the point that i can install the LEDs. Anyone done this that could provide a little help? thanks a ton.

I asked a similar question, and then realized it explains gauge removal in the owner's manual. You may have to move the steering wheel a bit for it to clear the dash.

On a facelifted car there are 3 screws (top, lefthand side, righthand side) that hold the instrument panel in place. Undoing those release the cluster quite easily (PUt steering wheel if full down position for best access)

I looked at the V12s lighting kits too. I'd be really interested to get your feedback on how the kit is. I already have all my interior lighting converted to LEDs, but was thinking about doing the instrument cluster also....

sorry that ti's taken a while for me to get back on this. got everything put in, and i love it. The lights are crisp, but not glaring. I'm very happy with them, and am looking into swapping more of the lights on my car for the leds.
