Hi there... I need a small part from a pre h.e. XJS wiper motor and wanted to know if there are any members out there that have a motor that does not work and want to sell a small part to me. I need the little plastic slider inside the gearbox that attaches to the gear arm. I don't want to have to buy a whole new motor just for such a small part!!!

There is a guy on eBay who lists a number of Jaguar parts, rebuilt XJS wiper motors among them. I think he is in Delaware, USA. Anyone in that line of work has a bunch of bits from wiper motor cores that were not rebuildable. Try that route.

 

I sent out a few messages but no replies yet... I really don't want to have to buy a whole new motor...
