Sort of like The Flying Lady On Steroids.

Mind you don't let the tail droop in the mincer ... cats don't like that much.
Happy Now?

you could possibly put the leaper on the drivers seat bottom if you are that way inclined
then you can feel the full force of jaguar

its good to be bad

I love cyclists. They do a lot for society. we are all getting older and we may need an organ eventually, there are lots of nice healthy ones on bicycles waiting for harvest. The ones that have trouble telling red from green are more prone to harvest

Me neither!

I absolutely hate them but alas the P.O. had a 'Leaper' put on mine, which I have thankfully now removed, as it spoiled the lines of the Bonnet.

Although the 'Leaper' looks quite good on some of the older Jags.

Now I've seen everything. A leaper on the hood beats a mincer any day.
You just lost your rights to slam the leaper

Just the term "mincer" drew my attention. Wondered
WTH is that?

Got it. Known here as a meat grinder. Once had one around here somewhere. Bigger and of tough metal.

Percussor to home made sausage!!!

the leaper looks good on old jags because it was designed to go on them. if I stick one behind my ear it will look silly

don't fear the leaper

just leave it off the bloody bonnet (hood for our transatlantic brothers and sisters)

Well, I believe the leaper is too much of a relief contrast against the flat surface that the XJS' hood/bonnet is, and more so with the pre-face lift cars. Conversely, the older Jags used to feature those beautifully (and I've heard "sexy") curved hoods with enough relief variation that something protruding from it, such as a leaper, blends in much better. However, the more modern than that X308 still features a somewhat curvy hood with Jag's traditional raised center and the curving for each and all of the four headlights, meaning that the leaper is still at home on X308's and I believe on X350's as well.

Cheers,

I'm sure you'll find an improvement by rotating the mincer through 90 deg clockwise to reduce drag.

I realise this is a prototype but I do hope your going to have it colour coded before taking the car out on the road.

While you may have been 'jesting' that's not a half bad idea (though the first part was) Lol

Colour Coding my 'Mincer' or 'Professional Camera Mount' as I prefer to call it, would help to make it blend.

And may stop people wondering why anyone 'two slices short of a toaster' would want to put a 'Mincer' on their Car.

I have a commercial meat slicer, maybe I should paint it black bolt to the bonnet and strap a gopro to it.

how about having the leaper catching a growler
like a frisbee?

i wonder who is going to stumble in here based
on googe search terms?
