my chrome bumper trim is all rusted out and i need new pieces, but I'm planning on using the old and welding it upside down to the new to create a metal looking bumper that will then be powdercoated.

if anyone can help me out i am willing to purchase the trim, and it would be best if it had the mounting brackets still in tact
