Default Need help 1996 Jag evaporator

I have come to the conclusion that my Air conditioner evaporator need replacement
The problem: I can't find a source for an OEM replacement..
I afraid of spending 10 hours or more with an off brand part.

Robert,

As I'm sure you know, it's a lot of work to replace the evaporator in an XJS. Are you sure that it needs replacing?

Paul

Default 1996 XJS evaporator

I had the same issue on my xjs. I could not find a oem or any other replacement for a 1996 xjs evaporator. My local Jaguar shop ended up retrofitting a evaporator for a 1995 xjs. It is working fine. If U want email me and I will give U his phone number. He's located in Stuart, FL, a bit north of Ft Lauderdale.
