I'm trying to buy carpet by the yard just to replace the rear sections of my 91 xjs convertible. I don't need the entire set and I have an upholsterer to sew on the vinyl edging, BUT I can't seem to be able to get the RATTAN color. They no longer carry RATTAN,(but wouldn't you know they sent me a sample card with it on there, so I call them up and say give me 2 yards and they then tell me they don't carry it anymore..GEEEEZ). World upholestry only has a (replacement color), "spice". It's different and a lower pile, so it won't do. Does anyone know where I can find my carpet? Either in yard form or in cut to fit pieces (not the entire set but only what I need?) I really don't need or want to replace the entire carpet set, but I think at this point I may have to, to get my color, (or I may have to change the entire carpet with a different color),SHEESH. Contact Paul's Jaguar in Florida. Jaguar trim/carpet is one of their specialities. Years ago I needed just a couple sections of carpet and they were happy to sell them individually.
